Monthly Membership Agreement
Owliver’s Club Saturday Nights

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned member ("Member") and DanceWise Dance Studio ("DanceWise") for participation in the Owliver’s Club Saturday Nights Membership program.

1. Membership Description
The Owliver’s Club Membership includes access to weekly Saturday night dance events hosted by DanceWise Dance Studio.

2. Membership Fees
•    Standard Membership Fee: $60.00 per month.
•    Founding Member Rate: $50.00 per month for the life of the membership, available only to members who enroll by June 30, 2025.
•    Fees are due monthly via automatic payment (autopay). No service charges will be added to autopay transactions.
•    Monthly autopay to occur between the 1st and the 5th of each month.
•    Additional fees may apply if autopay is rejected.
•    There are no initial signup fees or annual participation fees.

3. Term and Cancellation
•    A minimum commitment of six (6) months is required.
•    After the minimum term, membership continues on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled.
•    A 30-day written notice is required to cancel the membership. Notice to be delivered in person or by email to reception@dancewise.com.
•    If a member cancels prior to fulfilling the six-month commitment, the remaining balance for the term will be charged.
•    No refunds will be issued for any reason once payment has been processed.

4. Freezing Membership
•    Members may freeze their membership for up to three (3) months per calendar year, with a minimum freeze period of one (1) month at a time.
•    Freeze requests must be submitted in writing, 30 days in advance, and are subject to confirmation.

5. Attendance and Credit
•    Membership grants access to one (1) dance event per week on Saturday nights. 
•    Special events, including but not limited to Gala’s and Showcases, are not included in membership.
•    No credits or refunds will be issued for missed events.
•    No warranties given or implied.

6. Non-Transferability
•    Membership is non-transferable and may not be shared or reassigned to any other individual.
