Why did you start dancing?
"A friend asked me to be her dance partner. Looking back, I was always interested in dancing, but I never took the first step. I remember taking a couple of lessons when my friend was getting married and how I enjoyed dancing, but because of work, kids, life -- dancing was pushed back as a distant memory. I'm glad I have the opportunity to learn ballroom dancing, and I'm so looking forward to making my way around the dance floor."
What’s your favorite dance?
"In my short time dancing, I have been introduced to Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, and Rumba. I like them all, but Rumba stands out for its different step sequence and rhythm."
What’s your favorite memory at DanceWise?
"Walking in for the very first time! Comfortable, warm atmosphere; clean, friendly staff. Julianne, my instructor, made the intro-to-dancing experience very enjoyable. No stress. I'm looking forward to many more memories."
Do you have any advice for other dancers?
"Advice for experienced dancers: Continue to grow in your skills and to be a strong supporter in the profession to experienced and beginner dancers.
